1. How much per square foot to construct a home to RMT standards?
   Since we are strictly custom builders this price varies depending on finishes selected by the homeowners and the house design. Please call and set up a consultation to get an accurate estimate

2. How long does it take to build a home?
   The construction time varies by time of year, weather conditions and square footage, but on average six to eight months. Time usually increases when homeowners are slow to make decisions or a large number of special orders finishes are used.

3. Do we use natural or artificial stucco?
   All our homes are finished with natural stucco applied by experienced artisans.
