To provide our homeowners with
a home that meets or exceeds their expectation. A home they will feel the
need to brag about. We will also ensure the construction process will be as
low stress as possible.
History
RMT Construction was started in
1989 with a vision and a prayer to be the premier custom homebuilder in
Atlanta. Started by Earl Thomas who graduated from Pratt institute in New
York with an honors degree in Construction Management. Earl moved to this
area in 1989 and after designing and constructing his personal home to get
acquainted with the sub-contractors in this area he launched RMT
Construction, Inc. named for his two children Ramogi and Monifa.
Services
RMT Construction provides
custom residential construction of homes in the $500K to $3 million range.
We build custom designed or modified plans as well as stock plans. We are
associated with architects and interior designers who can help families
develop their ideas and wishes into plans for their dream homes.
Our unique style of working with the homeowner
for months prior to contact and then during construction increases their
knowledge of the construction process, while reducing their anxieties.
During this the opportunity to get to understand the homeowners lifestyle,
their wish list as well as the practicality of being able to incorporate
all these ideas and stay within their prescribed budget. We also require
the involvement of the homeowner at all phases during the process; this
reduces rework, stress and cost.
RMT Construction Inc. believes we should
continually improve our quality and provide worry free homes with a very
limited homeowner punch list after they move in. We will always respond in
a very timely manner to any homeowner concerns or questions and complete
all warranted items and some non-warranted items at the builders'
discretion.
RMT Construction Inc. is a Certified Home
Builder by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association as well as a
member of that association, Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Better Business
Bureau, listed by Dunn & Bradstreet and a member of National
Homebuilders Association.
